A walkthrough with a phone scan: floor plan, every water source, the furnace, water heater and panel, with each data plate read and recorded. You keep the report.

Small wireless sensors that reach the basement and the attic, on batteries that last years. One hub plugs in near your router.

You get a text when it matters
Not a stream of readings. A message when the radon fan stops, water appears, the freezer warms up or a pipe gets close to freezing, and who to call.

The fine print, in plain words
- Plans are paid up front for 1, 2 or 3 years. After your term, the plan renews each year at the regular yearly price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you 30 days before.
- The 3-year special is 3 years for the price of 2. It ends at (Central).
- Sensors and installation are a one-time charge, confirmed at the walkthrough. If your main water valve has to be replaced to fit the automatic shutoff, a licensed plumber quotes that separately before any work.
- Home Watch and Radon Watch are monitoring, not an inspection. A radon monitor shows trends; it does not replace a certified radon test for a home sale.
